THE BRANCHES OF MY MIND
My mind is often way busier than I like to admit. I hear the benefits of mediation but have never actually embraced it…until I started painting.
Painting is my meditation.
The exploration of a life without color, of a mind unburdened by every single thing that it sees. How would that feel? What would remain? What still existed were the organic forms found in nature, the musical notes of all of the amazing sounds surrounding me, a fluidity of thought unrestrained by the opinions of others.
