Do you ever feel the need to “present” happy, buoyant, optimistic? and “just” beneath the surface are the “niggly” bits…the doubt, the concern, the insecurities, the dark recesses. They don’t typically last long, I now know how to manage them…but they’re there, a part of me that’s undeniable.
